777ez Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules, Account Policies & User Agreement

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on the 777ez platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform. 777ez reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777ez operates a strict minimum age policy. Creating an account while under the age of 21 is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated registrations are not permitted to hold 777ez accounts.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• You must not already hold an existing 777ez account. Only one account per person, per household address, per shared device, and per shared payment method is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be voided.
• You must not be accessing the 777ez platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited or where accessing such services would cause 777ez or yourself to breach applicable law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement — either through 777ez directly or through a third-party responsible gambling scheme — that prohibits you from accessing gambling services.

By clicking "Register" or otherwise completing the 777ez account creation process, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above and that all information provided is accurate and current. 777ez is not liable for losses arising from accounts created with false information.

2. Account Responsibilities & Security

Your 777ez account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered Pakistani mobile number. 777ez will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to 777ez support immediately.

• You must not share your 777ez Login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access your 777ez account or to place bets on your behalf.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your 777ez account, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have promptly notified 777ez of suspected unauthorised access.
• You must notify 777ez immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, any breach of your credentials, or any suspicious activity in your account history.
• 777ez recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which sends an OTP to your registered mobile number for every new device login. This is accessible from the account security settings after completing your 777ez Login.
• You must keep your registered mobile number and email address current. 777ez communications — including withdrawal confirmations, security alerts, and promotional offers — are sent to these contact details. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may impair your ability to recover your account.

777ez applies session timeout controls that automatically terminate inactive sessions after a defined period. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 777ez platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless you elect to use USDT TRC20, in which case the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction applies. 777ez does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees directly, though your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 777ez's control.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 (or the equivalent in USDT). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Verified accounts carry higher daily deposit limits.
• Deposit processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 777ez balance instantly in almost all cases. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Allied) may take between 30 minutes and 4 hours depending on interbank processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. First withdrawals require full identity verification before processing.
• Withdrawal processing time: 777ez targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 9:00 PM PKT. Requests submitted after this time are processed the following business day. • Wagering requirement before withdrawal: Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. This requirement exists to prevent payment gateway abuse and does not constitute a bonus wagering requirement.
• Currency: All balances are displayed and settled in PKR unless the account operates in USDT. Currency conversion is at 777ez's prevailing rate, which is updated regularly to reflect market conditions.

4. Betting Rules & Void Markets

All sports betting activity on 777ez — including cricket, PSL, Asia Cup, World Cup matches, UFC, football, and all other sports offered — is subject to the following rules. These rules apply to pre-match bets, in-play live bets, and all accumulator and combination bets placed through any 777ez product including the mobile browser interface and the Android app.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. 777ez reserves the right to decline bets, limit bet amounts, or offer revised odds before confirmation, particularly during in-play betting where market conditions change rapidly.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID has been issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. A confirmed 777ez bet is a binding commitment.
• In the event that a match is abandoned, suspended for more than 12 hours, or does not complete according to its scheduled format (e.g., a T20 PSL match reduced to fewer than the minimum qualifying overs), 777ez reserves the right to void affected markets and return stakes to player balances.
• Obvious error pricing — including odds that are demonstrably incorrect due to technical error, data feed failure, or human input error — will not be honoured. 777ez reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds and will notify affected players. Winnings paid from obvious error odds may be recouped from account balances.
• In-play bet acceptance is subject to a slight delay to account for live data integrity. Bets submitted during this window may be accepted, declined, or offered at revised odds at 777ez's discretion.
• Maximum winnings per bet, per event, and per 24-hour period are subject to limits that vary by market and sport. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• 777ez does not accept bets from persons with inside knowledge of sporting events or from persons involved in match-fixing, point-shaving, or any form of sporting fraud. Any bet found to involve corrupt activity will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

For cricket specifically — 777ez's primary product for Pakistani players following the national team and PSL franchises — match winner, top batsman, total runs, and over/under markets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). Third-party statistical sources are not used for settlement.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

777ez offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, PSL season promotions, reload bonuses, and cashback offers. All bonuses awarded through any 777ez promotion — whether claimed automatically or via a promotional code — are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion, which are displayed on the relevant promotion page.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the specific promotion's terms before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Where a wagering requirement is expressed as, for example, "30x", this means the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) must be bet thirty times in qualifying games before withdrawal is permitted.
• Eligible games: Not all games on 777ez contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute between 10% and 50%, and sports betting contributions vary by market. • Bonus expiry: All 777ez bonuses carry an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of award, as specified per promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements at expiry will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.
• Bonus abuse: 777ez employs detection systems to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing only the minimum eligible bets to meet wagering requirements, exploiting low-risk betting combinations to clear bonus funds, and coordinating bonus redemption across multiple accounts. Accounts found to be abusing bonus terms will have their bonuses voided.
• One bonus at a time: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in a 777ez account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Maximum bet while bonus is active: While a bonus wagering requirement is active, the maximum single bet permitted is Rs 1,000 or 10% of the remaining bonus balance, whichever is lower, unless specific promotion terms state otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit may be voided.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these 777ez Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account, including deposits and winnings. 777ez reserves the right to take legal action where prohibited conduct causes financial or reputational harm to the platform.

• Registering more than one account on the 777ez platform, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or using another person's identity.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the 777ez platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, technical errors, or incorrect odds pricing — including reporting such issues to third parties before reporting them to 777ez support.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting ("arbing") using 777ez odds in combination with other bookmakers in a deliberate strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of match outcome.
• Colluding with other players, including in live poker, live casino, or any competitive multiplayer game available on 777ez.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location during registration or KYC verification.
• Using 777ez's payment infrastructure to process funds on behalf of third parties, launder money, or conduct any financial activity unrelated to genuine personal betting and gaming activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777ez customer support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access 777ez systems beyond your own account, including any attempt to access administrative interfaces, other players' accounts, or the platform's backend infrastructure.

7. Responsible Gaming

777ez takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity, and the platform provides a full suite of player-controlled tools to help ensure it stays that way. No content from the 777ez platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, scraped, reverse-engineered, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 777ez.

• The 777ez name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of the platform and may not be used in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written authorisation.
• Game content provided by third-party game studios through the 777ez casino and slot product is licensed, not owned, by 777ez. The intellectual property in those games remains with the respective studios.
• Odds and market data displayed on 777ez are proprietary. Automated scraping or systematic collection of odds data for any commercial or competitive purpose is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ez's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 777ez account during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 777ez is not liable for losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform where such data is provided by third-party feeds and 777ez has no direct control over its accuracy.
• 777ez is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical outages, internet connectivity failures, or any interruption of service outside 777ez's direct control — including outages affecting Pakistani telecommunications infrastructure.
• 777ez is not liable for consequential, indirect, or special losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or damage to reputation arising from your use of the platform.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The 777ez platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While 777ez makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability, security, and fairness, no warranty — express or implied — is given regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of real-time data feeds.

10. Privacy & Data Use

777ez collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and platform use. The full details of how 777ez collects, stores, uses, and protects your personal data are set out in the 777ez Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By registering an account on 777ez, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected by 777ez includes your name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, CNIC details (where KYC verification is required), IP address, device identifiers, and transaction history.
• 777ez uses this data to operate your account, process payments, comply with AML obligations, prevent fraud, personalise your platform experience, and send relevant promotional communications where you have consented to receive them.
• 777ez does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, game studios, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting 777ez support. Deletion requests may be subject to retention obligations under applicable law.

11. Suspension & Termination

777ez reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or criminal purposes; (c) continued account access poses a risk to 777ez, other players, or the integrity of sporting events; or (d) the player no longer satisfies the eligibility criteria in Section 1.

• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 777ez will notify the account holder by email or SMS to their registered contact details and will aim to complete the investigation within 14 business days.
• Where an account is closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms, 777ez reserves the right to void and forfeit any account balance, including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds, where that balance was accumulated through prohibited conduct.
• Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — for example, at the player's own request, or upon voluntary self-exclusion — any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.
• Players who wish to close their own 777ez account voluntarily may do so by contacting 777ez support. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

12. Amendments to These Terms

777ez reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights, obligations, or the features available to your account — 777ez will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing language, or updates to reflect changes in payment processing partners — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will reflect all changes, including minor ones.

Your continued use of the 777ez platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amended version of these Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact 777ez support to close your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming standards applicable to the jurisdiction under which 777ez operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through 777ez's internal complaint process will be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Pakistani players retain the right to bring complaints before 777ez's designated alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.
